2015 WRX Limited in WR Blue Pearl When I started shopping for a car I went to many different dealerships, not only trying to figure out which car to buy but where to buy it from. That When I started shopping for a car I went to many different dealerships, not only trying to figure out which car to buy but where to buy it from. That is when I went to Fred Bean Subaru and met my salesman Keith Butler. Dealing with Keith was very refreshing after dealing with pushy salesman at other dealerships, that or just being ignored all together. Working with Keith was more like talking to a friend then dealing with a salesman. I was deciding between a wrx and an still Keith was more then happy to not only let me test drive both, but because they didn't have an still in stock when I went to look at cars, he called me to let me know when one came in, so I could compare the two and make the right choice for me.a different dealer told me that same day that I couldn't test drive the car, unless I was ready to buy it that day. So after I finished doing my homework and compared the cars, I made my choice and went back to Beans and talked to Keith, and we ordered my car. The car came in faster then expected, and the team at Beans made the entire process a real pleasure. I never thought i would say it was a pleasure to give someone over $30000, but in this case it really was. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a Subaru to go to Fred Beans and talk to Keith Butler, he's not pushy and didn't try to sell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need or want. Also one last thing I love this car, but this is a review on the dealership not the car so I'll leave it at that. More

She was pleasant and so helpful right from the start. She answered all of my questions and I never felt any pressure; I couldn't have felt more comfortable. Kelsie took us out in an Outback, Forester and Crosstrek , answered questions and was very personable. She was aware that we wanted to look into other vehicles as well before deciding on what make and model to buy. She called periodically to just check in with no pressure. After looking at several different cars, doing some research, educating myself and test driving several cars we came back to Subaru. Kelsie had been out when I test drove the Forester again and Neal was very helpful and informative. It took a bit a time to negotiate a price we could agree on and today I drove my 2015 Forester home. Kelsie spent a lot of time explaining all of functions in the car; I have lots to learn..so excited to have my phone hooked up with the Blue tooth, now have to remember how to add other numbers.. Jon D was very helpful with reviewing the warranty information and the bill of sale and addressing any concerns and questions we had. I had shopped around for a few weeks for my purchase and when I went to Fred Beans Subaru dealership in Doylestown I was very pleased with that quality of the car and the professionalism of the staff. The surprise for my wife turned out just as I planned and we been driving the car for a month now and we just love it and would never buy anything different. Also would definitely go back and deal with Terry at Fred Beans when the time comes for another car. More
