Bo was very helpful in my purchase of a vehicle. We talked several times on the phone as he looked for a vehicle for me. I stopped in the showroom a couple of times and he was always very helpful to me. The night I purchased the vehicle, he worked hard to get me the best price and spoke with Albert in financing to assist with getting me a good interest rate. Bo always tried to work in my price range and never tried to sell me what he wanted over what I wanted. He would stay in contact with me when he had a car he thought I would be interested in. I appreciate his professionalism and courtesy to me. I will recommend Fred Haas Toyota World and Bo Sierra to people I know.

I have purchased several new vehichles, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Upon my arrival to Fred Haas, I was greeted by Joe Salazar. Once I gave Joe the criteria of the vehicle I was looking for, he immediately went to work. He located the vehicle and we gave it a test drive. During the test drive Joe thouroughly explained all the features of the vehicle and answered all questions. We then returned to the dealership and "made the deal." Without a doubt, this was the easiet, most costomer friendly deal i've ever made on a vehicle. Negotiations were fair and honest. Joe definitely did his part to "fight for the customer."

I can go on and on about the great service I received as a customer, but that wil take up to much time. I'll simply end this by saying I had a great experience at Fred Haas Toyota. Everyone I came in contact with, from the lady at the receptionist to the Financial guy, carried themselves in a very professional manner.

I received wonderful care and help at Fred Haas Toyota World. Joe Salazar was amazing at getting everything done in a timely manner so that my two year old was not stuck in a car dealership all day. I was so impressed with the friendliness of every staff member we came in contact with! Even though this is not the closest Toyota dealership to my home, I will definitely be going back any time i need a new vehicle.
