No Way!!!! I recently went to Fred Martin to pick up a fleet vehicle that was delivered there. This was a work vehicle and I was required to order it through th I recently went to Fred Martin to pick up a fleet vehicle that was delivered there. This was a work vehicle and I was required to order it through the leasing agency. I understand that they were making little to no money on the vehicle, but the way we were treated was absolutely unacceptable. My wife and I walked in the front door and there was a woman and two men at the desk. I was not greeted at all and I had to initiate conversation. As soon as I said I was there to pick up a fleet vehicle, the two men turned and walked away. The salesman I talked to over the phone came out and told me that he was with a customer. He then set my wife and I down at a little table and said, "sign this." I signed it. He then said, the cars out there, pointing into the lot, and then told me the key was in it and walked away. Never talked about their service department, any questions that I might have had on the car, nothing. Really unacceptable. My wife was interested in a new Jeep Renegade. I can guarantee you that we won't be going to Fred Martin to buy one. More
Nothing but lies We gave one qualification, no red cars. They came up with "the only one that we have that will work for you" and it was red. And then we found out they lied on our credit application. To most people that won't matter so much but my wife is an accountant so that's huge. Plus, they sold us a Suzuki and said we would be able to get it serviced there all the time, a month later we got notified that they no longer do anything with Suzuki. The car came with a GPS unit in the car and we were supposed to get a year of free map upgrades and they didn't even last 6 months. More

My wife appreciated the little toy car they gave my daughter. The three years of oil changes are welcomed. The quick lane oil changes are very efficient I might add. Really only complaint was my key fob never worked, I informed my salesman, of this and he kind of brushed it off, I blame myself for not pushing harder for a working key fob. Maybe some of these bad reviews are warranted, they are a high volume store, but for me, good time, good experience. More

I caint stand when the salse men go for the female to try to push the female over this is what he was going to try and do. I would not recomend anyone to consider this place at all!! More

He was friendly and patient. He worked hard to get me a vehicle that fit my budget, needs, and wants. I told him I only had a certain amount to put down and he worked with that. He found a car for me, completely explained everything about the car and the loan. He was patient when I had questions and answered or got answers to them all. I really enjoyed the whole interaction. Plus the little things are nice: free oil changes for 3 years, free roadside assistance for 3 years, washed car before I left and even put gas in car before I left. The car was used but is spotless and drives like brand new car. I personally have no complaints. More

Lisa Allison has no respect My husband and I originally was working with someone else when we were handed off to Lisa. During our visit she proceeded to brush me off and gave all the attention to my husband. After our visit, while I was in the bathroom, she then hand wrote her personal cell phone number on the back of her business card and told my husband to call her or text her for anything, after she basically groped him. He was very uncomfortable with her over excessive touching. I have never been so disgusted by a human being. Fred Martin needs to hire more genuine people. More
