I went in just to shop around. I am not sure what kind of car i actually want but figured looking and test driving would be the best way to decide. The process was simple. I shopped around a bit, but found the best price here. I didn't feel pressured the first time so I went back (feeling pressured is a tunr-off for me so...) I have a 2007 Azera Limited. It is a great car. My results are the evidence for the quality of their service - Simply put, their repairs work. When one part was out of stock and the delay was 2 days - results are the evidence for the quality of their service - Simply put, their repairs work. When one part was out of stock and the delay was 2 days - then they gave me a loaner. I needed tha part because I went to an express type of oil change place and they messed up the oil pan cover re-installation after the change. It fell off on the highway, broke off and was destroyed. I now get my oil changes at the dealer (for 1/2 the price of the express place). I like that when I make an appointment, they estimate how long the job will take and best of all, they meet their time estimate. I live 30 minutes away from them and 10 minutes from another dealer - the 30 minutes drive gets me a much fairer repair price, on-time completion and zero arrogance. I always wait in the lobby for my service to be done rather than driving back and forth. But it is always a good thing. More
