Don't TAke your Dodge Journey to them, if you have a problem, and are a woman who doesn't have a man with you. I paid $655 for my car to get fixed which included a diagnostic for $185 and they said they problem, and are a woman who doesn't have a man with you. They wanted me to come back and pay $600 more dollars from only god know where. They target women or single mothers i cant figure out which one. The communication was great they lied the entire time. Took my jeep in for a recall and was told I had a head gasket leak and an oil pan gasket leak that would need to be repaired prior to them performing the engine recall testing. Repair quote was around 270 gasket leak and an oil pan gasket leak that would need to be repaired prior to them performing the engine recall testing. Repair quote was around 2700.00 took my car to my own mechanic and discovered the oil pan gasket "leak" was caused by a loose bolt, he tightened it. No more leak (repair they quoted was almost 900.00) mechanic also said head gasket "leak" was normal seepage. Took my jeep to another dealership and "surprise" they found no head gasket leak at all. So this dealership just wanted my 2700 and lied about repairs that I didn't even need. Oh and told me if they replaced the head gasket and my engine had been damaged by the "leak" I would be responsible for paying for a new engine instead of it being replaced due to the recall, so I'm that would have probably happened and cost me even more money. In November I had a CONFIRMED scheduled service for an oil change first thing in the morning & was told they needed the truck until 4:00 saying that all service is first come first serve. What’s the point of scheduling when the time is not honored & your time is not respected. I received a call from the service mgr re: this & decided to give them another chance. Took my vehicle in for the first oil change. Simple right? Nope. All of sudden my vehicle is leaking oil all over my garage, driveway, etc. Brand new vehicle w/ less than 5K miles. Called Saturday to have it addressed & told to come in right away & they’d fix it. Drove in to find out the service dept was closed & was sent to the Chevy side who wanted to charge us. Called back today (Monday) & was told they don’t have an appointment until next Wednesday. Service rep who answered the phone was no help, rude & unprofessional. Zero customer service skills. We won’t be back. What’s shortsighted on their part (not that they care) is that this is a brand new vehicle & they had an opportunity to win a long term customer. If I could give negative stars I would. More

He let me know all additional options available but never in a way that I felt he was being pushy. Helped me get the best financing available and had the car ready once I was done filling everything out. Would absolutely come back to buy a vehicle from this location and from Kaleb. More

Excellent staff! ! Rachel was helpful, knowledgeable, the very best! We were traveling from Kentucky to Florida to visit family over the Fourth of July weekend. The ! They had our Dodge Grand Caravan on the rack and reviewing it five minutes after the tow truck delivered it. Rachel told us what the repair would be and the cost. Luckily, the needed parts were in stock and she said it would be ready by the end of the next business day. She was right! We were contacted at 3:30 that the van was ready to go & we were back on the road ASAP. Highly recommend!! The first Dodge dealer we called told us it would be at least two weeks before they would have it fixed, without even looking at it. So thankful our next call was to Freeland! More
