Took my '18 Jeep JK in for oil change and fr. wipers not working @ 8:00AM on 10-9-23. At 9:10 AM they called and said the entire TIPM needed replacement for $1600. I declined the work, and reset wipers not working @ 8:00AM on 10-9-23. At 9:10 AM they called and said the entire TIPM needed replacement for $1600. I declined the work, and reset the TIPM (videos on Youtube), tightened battery ground, and all is working. The technician (David Irvine) is obviously incompetent and they didn't reset the oil life msg, easy enough to do yourself. Never again will I do business there. Sean G., Green River, WY More

While traveling on Interstate 80 through Rock Springs, a fuel line blew out on my 2004 diesel Ram 3500. I had my truck towed to Fremont Motors to see if they could fit me into the scheduled that day. They had a new fuel line made locally, installed it, and had everything done by 5:00 PM. The next day the service manager messaged me to make sure we had made it back to Oregon without any further issues.
