Waste of my time ! Your appointment system is terrible. Saves no time, just a benefit for your staff to sit around and look at their computer. Took 2&1/2 hours to do a simple oil change in a hemi. It says that fluids were topped off, xxxxxxxxx. Window fluid tank was dry, that night I checked and coolant was low. But basically what the heck were you doing taking 2 hours to add some oil? I’m wanting to get a new truck but I’ll won’t think twice on where not to go to spend $80k on my new vehicle. You’ve got a terrible manager running this scam, to many other choices other than your dealer ship. I also shared this will BBB for Dallas to help others choose a good place to go. More

I don’t mind being patient so the mechanic can do his job within a reasonable time. The jeep had been there for 3 days for wiring issues and a brake fluid change. I was told by the service advisor that the within a reasonable time. The jeep had been there for 3 days for wiring issues and a brake fluid change. I was told by the service advisor that the car was ready and when I got there it wasn’t ready and had to wait an hour and 30 minutes. I just ask to be transparent with your customers in the future, because of this I was late to work. I won’t be back to this establishment. More
