Driving from SJ to see a used BMW EV, I didn’t know what to expect from a Chevy dealer in Sacto. Future turned out to be the most chill, fun, no-pressure dealership I’ve ever shopped at. The car was great, but hanging out with Jacob, Mason, and Gavin made it special. If I didn’t already love my job I’d go work there. It has that kind of vibe. Also xxxxxxto the other boss Mason who negotiated with me efficiently by text before I arrived, though I did not get to meet him in person. A Wonderful Experience! My salesperson, Mo assisted me in finding the specific Silverado that I had stopped in to look at. He offered a test drive...which I took him up on. I didn't plan on purchasing during this weekend, as I was in the early stage of my truck purchase journey. However, Mo was able to get me a deal that met my 'pull the trigger' numbers. I didn't have to interact with a sales manager once. Mo took care of everything. Because the truck had all the features that I was looking for and the right deal was agreed upon...I ended up becoming a new truck owner (after 19 years of owning a Tundra). Gavin (the F&I manager) was also great to work with...very easy going. More
