My experience at Gainesville Nissan was outstanding! Kyle Colon was the salesman he took me around the lot and showed me several vehicles. Terrible service department. They have the attitude that they don't need to communicate with their customers. Happens every time I take my car in for service. Not once has someone called to give me an update. I've had to call, and on three occasions, they said they would check on my car and call back. Nope. My issue is not with how long they've had the car; it's the lack of communication with the customer. More
