Happy that I went there :) I was in need of a car and knew exactly what I wanted and what I could afford. When I got to the dealership Kathy helped me right away, showed me what I was in need of a car and knew exactly what I wanted and what I could afford. When I got to the dealership Kathy helped me right away, showed me what I wanted to see (Honda Pilot) and had me take the car for a test drive. She then proceeded to the actual purchasing and she explained to me my options between leasing and buying. She helped me realize that leasing would be an excellent option for me for many reasons, so then I got exactly what I wanted in a price range that I could afford. Kathy did not pressure me into any decision, she presented all the necessary information and then let me reach a decision on my own. She definitely had the customer's best interest in mind. I will definitely be going back when my lease is up and I will definitely recommend Galpin Honda, and especially the knowledgeable, friendly, and awesome Kathy Cong! :) More

This was the worst experience I have ever had We were pre approved with excellent credit. We had been in communication about a certain car for a week. We went to the dealership to buy the car. We made a great deal with the salespeople and they let some other salesman sell the car out from underneath our deal. When offer an alternative at a lower price the car was not to be found at the dealership. The salesperson had taken our California Drivers' licenses and never returned them to us. We went to another dealership and it was there when we about to take a test drive that we realized this dealership had not returned our drivers licenses to us. I had to make a late night return trip to this dealership to retrieve our licenses and the personnel were hostile in nature towards me. Their showroom is overly lit , with loud music, and a lot of people moving around most of which are this dealership's employees filling space. It is chaotic and high pressure sales experience to be in that showroom. I am happy with the purchase I did make elsewhere and do not recommend this dealership or the employees. More
