The staff is awesome and the building itself has a lot of cool things, I am a soccer fan so they had the World Cup on when I got there. They had me fill the paperwork and had my car in for the oil change. I asked the guy at the front desk how long it will take for the change and he said because of us being busy with recalls about an hour. It took the mechanic less then 40 minutes, they had my car out and even gave it a great wash. I got my keys and was on my way. Ganley is a great dealership, with great selection of cars at a great price and an even better service department. That is the Ganley advantage. More

I do have a very bussy schedule, when a called to make an appointment, they gave me all the possible solutions just to drop the truck for service. Ganley Chevy West is, by far, the best car dealership we have ever dealt with. They made the entire process of buying a new car enjoyable. Our salesman, Felipe Soto, was simply outstanding. He was professional, very friendly and extremely knowledgable. He did a great job of answering all of our questions and educating us on each of the vehicles we test drove. His knowledge of the new technology on new cars is truly amazing. He very patiently explained and demonstrated everything on our new car. We can't say enough about what a great job he did. The Sales Manager, Dan Zegarac, also made us feel very welcome right from the start. He checked in repeatedly to make sure that everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. He was also very friendly and accomodating. We also loved our finance person, Jeff Duelly. He made the entire financing part of buying a new car as easy as he possibly could. Everything was very clearly explained and all questions answered. He was very nice throughout the process, also. Obviously, we are EXTREMELY satisfied with our experience at Ganley West. We would not hesitate to buy another car from them. We will definately recommend them to all of our family and friends! Best of all, WE LOVE OUR NEW CHEVY CRUZE!!!!!! What an awesome car!
