He stated that he would increase the amount of hours worked on the car. The hours of work performed on the car is not some arbitrary number, it is actually defined in the Mitchell Standard of Labor especially for a routine maintenance job that I was billed for. I would stay away. They are dishonest and will try to scalp the customer for every dollar they can. More

When I go back to the car to realize that the never even move the car from where I parked it. They just changed the mileage label on the windshield expect me to believe that they performed the job.
