After getting the standard vehicle inspection, Rob informed me of the recommended procedures I may want to consider with my Jeep. I stress the fact, anything over and beyond what the original scope of work may be on that day is never forced onto you, but rather approached in a manner to suggest what what you may want to fix straight away and could be done in the future. My confidence in the entire service team's experience in handling vehicles in shop will have me heading back time and time again. Their service department has always helped me fix my problems and have gone out of their way to give my "old" parts a little more life before needing to replace them. It would be so much easier for them to just replace the parts but they don't because they truly care about saving me money. I found my dealership for repairs, used cars or if possible a new one down the line! They are great! More
