I know nothing about the sales side. But on the service side, I was fortunate enough to find Wrangler Rob (no, no, it's his name!) to take care of my machine. He's great. Above and beyond and extremely knowledgeable. Every time I brought my car in for service, I felt he handed me a new car back. I was impressed. Scheduling delays are the only little thing I've had trouble with: it's a very busy place so don't count on waiting around in the rather drab-looking waiting room (they do have coffee, though!) Get a ride. And if you don't live too far, they'll offer a courtesy ride. More

We were offered free oil chang We purchased a used VW EOS in Q1 2015. The purchase experience was uneventful, nothing exceptional, nothing really bad. We were offered free oil changes as a part of the deal, this is how the issues came up. Step 1: Oil change appointment taken, 1 week in advance. Service supposed to last 30 mn according to the garage, we spend 1:30 there. Why? Because the oil filter was not ordered prior to our visit; Go figure why it was not done... Step 2: Oil drips in our garage (never had that before). Obviously, there was something done wrong in the garage. Another appointment is set, it will take 30 minutes (!). We drive there and get the diagnostic: It's the oil drain plug, you have to come back to get it fixed. Step 3: A 3rd appointment is set. The car goes the garage. 1h15 minutes later, we're told that the drain screw is damaged (wonder who did that knowing that nobody touched this car other than Garavel since the purchase). The verdict: You have to go to VW to get it fixed, it's your problem. Conclusion: There was a reason for these bad reviews we used to find on different websites, especially on the service side. I thought the dealerrater reviews showed a change in the processes and a true improvement; my mistake. I will never go back there, pay whatever it takes to deal with a competent mechanics somewhere else and make sure that my friends are fully aware of what to expect from Garavel. Nicolas More

We were looking at different vehicles when I found the Jeep Patriot. I loved it so much and as I sat inside the car the salesman told me it was already sold. I was shocked when I found out my dad had bought it and surprised me! I loved that the salesman played along with him. When I went to pickup the car, Henry was very helpful and informative.
