Above and beyond and extremely knowledgeable. Every time I brought my car in for service, I felt he handed me a new car back. I was impressed. Scheduling delays are the only little thing I've had trouble with: it's a very busy place so don't count on waiting around in the rather drab-looking waiting room (they do have coffee, though!) Get a ride. And if you don't live too far, they'll offer a courtesy ride. More
