The dealers are nice when they want us to buy cars, but not so nice when we go back for service. I bought a Grand Cherokee from this dealer before. They were under a different ownership and my experience then was not the best. Different people at service desk all the time and they treated customers like strangers. I am hoping is different now that they are owned by Garavel. I have bought cars from Nissan, Toyota, Jeep and Buick. The Nissan folks are good. They are cordial, but I can give praises to Wilton Motors, now Devan Chevy. Those folks are like a family. They treat their employees well because they have stayed and worked there forever. They also treat their customers very well. I wanted to buy from Devan again, but I came back to Jeep because I absolutely loved the Jeep Renegade. Is just a cute a car. is fun!! Young or old, people would love this car. My entire family loves it! I hope is a good car. I also liked the salesman, Steve Papadakos. He is always running and is all over the place, but he has a very good customer manner and tried to accommodate me. Salesmen are definitely important. I waited almost a month to get this car because they didn't have my specs in the right color car. I hope the wait was worth it. For now I am absolutely enjoying driving this car. More

Jeep Gr. Cherokee radio recall I have a 2015 Jeep Gr Cherokee which we leased through Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Norwalk. In the mail last week I was notified of a radio ch I have a 2015 Jeep Gr Cherokee which we leased through Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Norwalk. In the mail last week I was notified of a radio chip recall. I called the service center I spoke with Wrangler Rob he made my appointment and 1,2,3 I was taken care of. Had a 9:30 am apt showed up they took my car immediately I chatted with Big Mike and Wrangler Rob for a few minutes and before I knew it, my car was finished.. The easiest and quickest time at a dealership. They made my 20 minutes of waiting for my car fly by and easy... The customer service is fabulous!!! More

He was courteous, knowledgeable, and saw to it that my car was looked at quickly since I explained how much I needed it to pick up my kids from school. He even offered me a ride back home! My car was diagnosed in a timely manner and was even made driveable while another part needed was ordered. What a blessing it is not to have to rent a car! The price for repair was reasonable and I was assured my ordered part would come in by the week's end. All and all not a bad day for a car that was working badly. Thank you Garavel Jeep and thank you Keith! More
