I am sorry that you are unsatisfied with your purchase. From the conversation we had after your purchase you mentioned to me that you were very happy with your experience of leasing a vehicle from us but then later became upset because you felt you paid too much in interest charges on the lease. Once again I hope that you will understand that it is the bank (in this case American Honda Lease Trust) that determines the interest and is the one to receive it, not the dealerships. The only thing that the dealerships control is the selling price, which we agreed to lower to get to the payment that you desired. With that being said I can understand it being a problem if this was not properly explained to you during your purchase and my offer to make it up to you still stands. Please do not hesistate to call on me if you think of anything I can do for you in the future. I hope that we can make things right as your satisfaction is important to me.
