Garden State Honda - Service Center

This dealership tried to charge me $4,000 for a transmission which was under warrantee. I contacted Honda NA and they got me my new transmission, but if I hadn't been diligent, I might have paid o transmission which was under warrantee. They kept me waiting 3 hours for a service, but I realized after I drove away that they never performed the service. A letter of complaint to the owner, Tim Burns, went unanswered. More

I was there for a defect in cosmetics on my new 2008 Honda Accord v6. It was fixed but should not have been an issue in the first place.
