I hadn't even made it to the door, when Brad quickly appeared to open the door and welcome me with a big smile. What a great first impression! I showed him the ad and told him what I was looking for, and he quickly directly me to the car he felt would meet my expectations. We were then off for a test drive. He has such an easy going personality. There was never an uncomfortable moment during the drive. I was amazed by his knowledge of the vehicle and all of the bells and whistles it had to offer. When we returned to his desk, I was pleasantly surprised that there was absolutely no pressure from him at all. We discussed the price of the vehicle, and I left after telling him that I needed to discuss everything with my husband before making a decision. After discussing the details with my husband on the phone, I returned to let him know what we were looking for in order to make a deal. Even though my request was out of the ordinary, he came back with some options for us. When I returned again with my husband, we once again changed our requests, and Brad didn't hesitate to work to get us what we wanted. I kind of felt like he was working for me and not Garvey! The whole experience was so laid back and stress free. I truly appreciated working with Brad. I absolutely love my Sonata.
