My Review Of Gary Force Acura :
I brought my Acura RDX 2013 for service within 2 months of purchasing the new vehicle because it was missing a screw and had minute, tiny scratches on the right front passenger window that everyone overlooked in the beginning.
The Gary Force Acura service department in Brentwood, TN blamed the missing screw in the cargo area and the scratches on us even though this is a brand new vehicle. The screw holds the rubber panel in place in the cargo area of the Acura, and if you look carefully inside the hole where the screw goes in, you would see that almost half of the Acura's metal frame is blocking what otherwise would be a good fit for a screw if there was one installed to begin with. There is no way a screw could have been installed in that hole because of that blockage by the frame of the vehicle. What that means is there was no screw to begin with. They did not install the screw and that, my friend, is considered "a defect" in the craftsmanship on the part of the Acura. Remember Honda makes Acura, and you know Honda always has the front Honda symbol/logo lose and missing due to lose or missing screws. Check your new Honda next time to see if there are missing screws or objects not fastened properly.
Do not buy from Gary Force Acura in Brentwood, TN! Buyer beware!
