My Review Of Gary Force Acura :

I brought my Acura RDX 2013 for service within 2 months of purchasing the new vehicle because it was missing a screw and had minute, tiny scratches on the right front passenger window that everyone overlooked in the beginning.

The Gary Force Acura service department in Brentwood, TN blamed the missing screw in the cargo area and the scratches on us even though this is a brand new vehicle. The screw holds the rubber panel in place in the cargo area of the Acura, and if you look carefully inside the hole where the screw goes in, you would see that almost half of the Acura's metal frame is blocking what otherwise would be a good fit for a screw if there was one installed to begin with. There is no way a screw could have been installed in that hole because of that blockage by the frame of the vehicle. What that means is there was no screw to begin with. They did not install the screw and that, my friend, is considered "a defect" in the craftsmanship on the part of the Acura. Remember Honda makes Acura, and you know Honda always has the front Honda symbol/logo lose and missing due to lose or missing screws. Check your new Honda next time to see if there are missing screws or objects not fastened properly.

Do not buy from Gary Force Acura in Brentwood, TN! Buyer beware!

My Review Of Gary Force Acura :

My car had white smoke coming out from under my hood at 6:30 a.m I managed to get it to my local service company and left it and got a ride to work as I was already late. It was found that the power stearing hose was leaking and they told me to call acura about recall. I did and two people agreed for me to have it repaired at my local service co. and and then I would have to just take it out to be inspected by one of their dealerships and then I could send my paperwork in for reimburesment. now I am being told I am out the money because I should not of had the work done locally. I do not feel Acrua's issue with training and employees not knowing what is acceptable or not should be my issue. I did as they told me to do under the impression that as long as I had it inspected they would reimburse me. Now they say no becasue my service agent was not the dealer. Joel was the service mgr. he was pushy agressive on why I should be bring my car to them only and not easy to deal with. now I have the pleasure of after paying over $600. for the repair Acura corp will not fix because Joel's DPSM told him to redo the work just so they can process it out of the system. I was told by Acrua that Joel said he talked to me prior to work being completed and told me not to have the work done and to have my car towed, unfortunately I did not call him until the day my car was ready to be picked up which was 2 days after it was diganosed so a lie once again. I also had a recall on the windshield wiper motor that they had to do and I have a cracked dash but as I was told it is not under recall. They are claiming armor all is the reason unfortunately my son has a 99 civic no cracks my mom has a 2000 oddsey no cracks my 05 tl which is kept inside has a crack a foot long right on the right hand side of the air bag you can see the imprint of the square the air bag is in and the crack is right down the right side. makes me wonder how safe it is as if in impact will the air bag work correctly or will it go out of the dash. But not acruas issue as it has 141000 miles on it. Starting to feel like acrua took a few short cuts in 05 as two recalls and a major issue with a cracked dash when I have owned several cars and never had recalls. people do not usually pay $30,000 for a car to have issues I never did with the ones I paid 15,000 for. fummy thing is I paid for the hose and o rings and they resued them and charged acrua for items I paid for. WOW how is that for service!!!!!
