Everyone I dealt with were professional and respectful. Since I was out of state and from a distance, I asked for documents early on to confirm the order and they gave me everything I asked for. While I can say, it definitely wasn't a pain free experience, Maria the salesperson was pleasant and helpful. This dealer is great when you buy the car. If you have a problem crop up, you will be hard pressed to get it resolved. The people in public-facing positions don't seem to have effective oversight from the o problem crop up, you will be hard pressed to get it resolved. In my experience, the assistant to the owner is the gatekeeper to his ear - meaning that your problem doesn't come to his attention. I don't know if that is a problem for him, or his solution to a problem. Regardless, if you have a problem with this dealer, it is, indeed, your problem. More
