On 9/10 I dropped off my 2013 Elantra to do brakes, oil change, timing belt and check transmission as it was hit by metal in Springfield. Service said Hyundai would not cover it under ten warranty but call change, timing belt and check transmission as it was hit by metal in Springfield. Service said Hyundai would not cover it under ten warranty but call insurance. Insurance sent the appraiser in on 9/13 early morning. After trying to get info found out service ordered a new transmission on Monday. I called on Friday as being ignored by service the parts dept and no order was put in and service manager took over ordered transmission that arrived Monday and put in front of 16 waiting repairs as to the delay. On Wednesday the phones were down but I called Pauli who got service to call me and say car is ready. I explained the check from Insurance was on the way in mail and I would be in Thursday Morning. I dropped off the rental that I had to get as I assist elderly to appts all day. I went in Thursday to settle the $1,000 deductible and the $1500 in repairs that I had done. Servie was print out my bill and then was told I could not get car without the insurance check. I am paying $2500 but being held back for a $1300 check that had been mailed in Boston on Tuesday, 6 elderly missed their appointments, Pauli let me use his car until the mail arrived at 11AM but was not in the mail so my brother had to come from Ludlow to pick me up and today is Friday and if the check is not here 6 more elderly will not make appts and I will not have a car All over a check made out to you for $1300 that I would have brought over as soon as it arrives. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years and have utilized the loaner program a number of times. I had to pay $1110 for the rental but will I be reimbursed as you have no loaners as promised when I bought the car in 2012. Please respond.
