Worked with several Honda dealerships in Central Kentucky to find a new Civic. Called Gates Honda and talked with Ariq Skinner, who was more than willing to help out. It was a seamless process buying a car with Gates Honda and more specifically with Austin Mikel. I was coming from out of town (1 1/2 hr away), he was flexible, accommodating and available to answer any q and more specifically with Austin Mikel. Once the decision was made, the purchasing of the car and driving off the lot was < 45 min and much appreciated since I had an engagement and didn't have time to waste.
