Tried to charge me 400 dollars for rebate details they agreed to on the day of the sales; three months after the sale of the car- they are demanding -threatening for 400 bucks - Watch the rebate details closely and the finance department. Their mistakes will cause you strife and anger, Didn't get my plates, which I paid over 200 bucks for at the time, that is, until 2 WEEKS past the deadline. I drove the car illegal b/c we had no other car. I was told to "tell the cop to call the manager at Denville KIa Gateway!" They called the house and made threats about lawyers and court while the debate of the rebate was being challenged and proved (3-4 times). Serious Warning! Not worth the strife! BEWARE! Go elsewhere! while waiting to get recall service Maurice in svc. dept. inquired how I liked my kia soul . I then said if I ever got a new car I would want a hybrid model. Maurice then informed me that optima which I had inquired how I liked my kia soul . I then said if I ever got a new car I would want a hybrid model. Maurice then suggested that while waiting for service he would bring me into the showroom and connect with a salesman,i then dealt with ramon Vasquez and wound up leasing my new beautiful 2013 kia optima hybrid.
