Pleasant and professional. I've always dreaded purchasing a new car since I've not had great experiences with car dealerships; however, Gay Family KIA is the exception: my sales I've always dreaded purchasing a new car since I've not had great experiences with car dealerships; however, Gay Family KIA is the exception: my sales associate, Trevor Tran, was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and friendly without being "pushy." Even the finance guy had a great personality and explained everything to me, including options, which I could understand (not "dealer-speak"). Traded in my 2012 KIA SOUL for a 2016 model...KIA has made wonderful adjustments and improvements. More
