I’ve been going to this dealer for 9 years with carious levels of service. The current service team operates at a level higher than I’ve experienced before at this location. The service writer provided exc levels of service. The current service team operates at a level higher than I’ve experienced before at this location. The service writer provided excellent service and communication. When my vehicle was dropped off, my service writer was on the phone so another immediately intervened. When I arrived to pick it up, I was greeted immediately and asked my name. That service writer noticed my writer had another customer, got my paperwork and processed my checkout. My writer made a point to stop and thank me as I left. I briefly interacted with a couple of others who were also pleasant and helpful.
