Worst place! ! I called to schedule an appointment on the 9th of may for the starter recall on my G80. The service advisor I spoke with scheduled my appointment f ! The service advisor I spoke with scheduled my appointment for this morning after he checked to make sure that they had the part for my vehicle. I also asked to have them check my brakes to see if I needed new brakes. First off they did not have the part for my vehicle. They did not have the curtesy to call me and tell me that they did not in fact have the part. Secondly, they wanted to charge me 250 for checking to see if I needed brakes. I have taken my Genesis to Temecula and Riverside and they checked my brakes for free. When we arrived the person was not friendly about telling us about them not having the part and asked my wife to leave. I will never go back and I do not recommend Laguna Niguel Hyundai/ Genesis. Take your vehicle elsewhere for service. More

I was pleased with the customer service. But I wish I was not charged the $90 fee to diagnose my front bumper sensor and it wasn’t even fixed/ replaced.
