2023 GV80 - had a flat tire. Could not get anyone in service after 10+ tries. Took car in and had tire repaired. Technician neglected to pump up the tire after repair. I have owned multiple upscale cars including BMW and Audi but have never run into the following: 1. A downright rundown shabby waiting room for service.
