Excellent customer service from JC, and all other Service Department employees. I had an easy time making a convenient appointment, and, as an added bonus, they wash your car. Check-in was seamless. Everyone was courteous. Person who called to inform me that service was requires, told me service should take about a half hour, but it was an hour Everyone was courteous.
