I worked with Joseph Juarez to buy a new GV70 and had a fantastic experience. There was a bit of a snafu with the car we were supposed to see, but Joseph was very transparent and kept us frequently updated fantastic experience. He honored the deal we discussed over the phone, was encyclopedic in his knowledge of the car (giving me a live demonstration of all the features before we left), did not pressure us about anything, and was very friendly and enjoyable to chat with while working though the paperwork. I’ve bought a handful of cars over the years, and Joseph is the best salesman I’ve worked with, would highly recommend asking for him if you go to Genesis of Ontario.
