He also helped resolve the issue I had with one of his supervisors, Cedric (General Sales Manager). Thank you for all of your help, J. C. Highly recommend going here because J.C. will treat you with the utmost respect. Very rare to find real people who care about their customers the way he does in the auto industry. You’re the man, J.C.! Also recommend this dealership for their fantastic Service department. There was some confusion with scheduling my service appointment on the weekend for something they don’t typically handle over weekends, but Donny (Service Manager) understood my position and made it right. He not only ensured that he’d get the service I needed, but got my car to a great condition in ways other dealerships didn’t do.
