I purchased an awesome XC60 R-Design SUV for my wife a little over a year ago, and she loves the car! She's also had great experiences with the Service Department, and Rich Lewis who went "above and beyond" in helping her with an insurance settlement when a rock flew up on the highway and cracked the sunroof! I just purchased the S60 R-Design sedan for myself. I took a long time looking for a new car, since I've been driving a Saab for more than 20 years. We've been all around the state looking at all sorts of models and makes, and the folks at Gengras worked with me throughout the process -- even when they weren't sure I would end up buying one of their cars! I love my new car, and couldn't be happier. More

WE were interested in a used car, specificially to trade in our old S60(2002) for a newer one. We were also on a time crunch as we needed to buy the car that day. There were a few issues that had to be worked out, and Jolanda expressed our needs to the General Manager who in turn made the deal work out greater than our expectations. Jola really listened to what we were looking for and walked us through the sales process with so much respect and good humor that there was never any stress. When we knew exactly what we wanted, Max, the magician found the exact car in minutes and had it at the dealer with less than 5 miles on it in under a week. It was the right model, color combo and with only the exact options we wanted. I couldn't have done better if I'd ordered it. The delivery process (including business components handled by Lisa) could not have been better. This is how every car buyer should be treated at every dealership, but they aren't and that's why we'll be back to Gengras in Meriden for our next Volvo. More
