My Review of Gentilini Ford Inc:
Terrible! Terrible! We took our ford truck there to be worked on, it needed a new clutch, possibly a new transmission. We were not going to have the work done if it needed to have the transmission rebuilt. We were assured REPEATEDLY that it did not need a new transmission, so we gave the go-ahead for the clutch work to be done. LO AND BEHOLD, after the clutch had been installed, we were informed the truck needed a new transmission. When we argued the bill, we were treated very rudely and the dealer made no concessions. I live 5 miles from there, and will never go there again.

My Review of Gentilini Ford Inc:
I have my vehicle serviced regularly at this dealership and they are always very attentive to my needs. I have talked to others who have extrordinary stories of how the dealer gave them loaners for the day or actually came and picked up and dropped off thier vehicles. One of my friends even said that she called with a dead battery and the service department was closed so a salesperson came out with a jump box and got her vehicle started. This Dealer is The Winner of the Presidents Award or it's equivelent every year but one since the award was created. The Presidents award is given to dealers who rank highest in customer surveys subitted to the manufacturer. Dealerships who are caught cheating the system are automatically disqualified. Gentilini Ford has won the award at least 14 consecutive times. As a matter of fact only 9 other dealers out of over 4,000 in the nation have won the award as many consecutive times. They are an icon for customer service throughout the industry. Gentilini Ford also is family owned and operated for over 50 years. There are 3 generations of family members working at the dealership. They always treat me like family.

The worst service department I have ever dealt with.<br>They are very friendly and helpful while you are there, but<br>they DO NOT follow thru to see that the part you inquired about or<br>ordered was ever taken care of. I would NOT recommend dealing<br>with their service department. The deal on our vehicle was good,<br>the salesmen involved were excellent.<br>Maybe buy it there and have any optional equipment or service<br>done else where.
