I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. After purchase, there was no post purchase description of the features of the truck. I was given the keys and papers and told to leave the property. Service employees would ridicule customers with insults and sexually derogatory language. I am sorry I bought the vehicle there and would not purchase there again. The F-250, however is a great truck but if I had known about the after purchase treatment of customers, I would have purchased it elsewhere. There are much better Ford dealers !. More

He made the experience great. The next day I left with a brand new expedition. The factory had messed up the latch gate and Jake was able to get me into the shop gave me a rental and had the vehicle fixed in one day. Jake was patient answering all of my questions.
