My Review of Georgetown Jeep:
Dropped off a 2001 JGC for what should have been minor repairs i.e., left turn signal malfunctioning, rear hatch lock motor making sounds, and passanger side window motor broken. The car came back with the turn signal still not working, the window motor not fixed, and nice new dent in my rear hatch. I never would go back there again.

My Review of Georgetown Jeep:
Dealership, until recently, had locations in Wilton and Norwalk CT. Only Norwalk remains. Had serpentine belt replaced at Wilton. Next day, belt screamed on start-up. Returned to Wilton who adamantly denied anthing was wrong, "must be A/C compressor " says service manger,. "be about $1000". Months go by, belt still screams intermittently. Took to Norwalk location, belt tightened. Noise stops. Bill presented for $90 along with a reccomendation for $3400 worth of additional work that I just had just hadperformed by a reputable repair ship or was not needed at all. I refused to pay the $90 for shoddy work performed by their service techs. These are irresponsible, unethical people. Stay away.
