The next day after my purchase the car had electrical issues and sat in the shop for 2 months. They tried to sell me a different car but changed the terms, so I refused. Next thing I know I'm getting c issues and sat in the shop for 2 months. They tried to sell me a different car but changed the terms, so I refused. Next thing I know I'm getting calls that my payment was late because they forged my signature on a 2nd and 3rd contract and changed my due date. I filed a complaint with fraud.gov and consumer affairs. Tamer the GM is a nice guys but this doesn't excuse fraudulent practices. He is telling me that I had to of signed but can't show proof that I returned to sign 2-3 weeks later or that they sent me an email where I electronically signed. BE CAREFUL!!! More
We purchased our first Nissan 2 years ago from Gerald, it was a great decision. We love the service department and will only have our Pathfinder serviced here. The worse experience the employees are the worst. One even offer me $10 for my gas because they could not pay for my time, they were mean, and they feel like that they are the owners of the place. I think the owner needs to give them a little bit of training about customer service. I always buy my cars in that facility before and the service was amazing, now is awful, they have a car for 17,00 on line and they change the price even if I asked before by phone. I guess the demand of cars is so high that they can be disrespectful, mean, and they’re able to humiliate the client. The worst experience of my life. More
