I feel both the salesman (Sal) and the GM (leslie) went out of their way to make me feel comfortable about the deal and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I purchased my first Lincoln and leased two other Lincolns from Germain Lincoln-Mercury. I received excellent service from Dave Kern on each occasion. I will continue to either buy or lease cars from this dealership as long as Dave Kern is working there. If I were to give Dave a rating for his outstanding service it would be A++++. More

He is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and available for questions. The service department has taken care of my automobiles on time and on schedule in a professional and friendly manner. I have never had a problem with any auto I leased or purchased at Germaine. Since all else reflects excellent customer relations, I have to assume that the price is also competitive. Bonnie was great. She was efficient, respectful and direct. Would recommend her to anyone - especially female purchasers. As a female I have not been taken seriously and when it came to signing on th direct. Would recommend her to anyone - especially female purchasers. As a female I have not been taken seriously and when it came to signing on the dotted line - previous sales people would turn to my husband for credit and final approval. I wasn't going to proceed with anyone that approached me that way again. Bonnie didn't even hint at doing that. She is great! More
