on Aug. 28th. I came to your dealership to have a new Battery installed. Five days later the battery was dead,so i returned to your service dept. the servi 28th. Five days later the battery was dead,so i returned to your service dept. the service advisor said some thing was pulling the battery down and they would have to go over the electric system to find it. when I picked up my car the next day they said it was a battery cable that was not tight. however the radio, back up camera, and CD player did not work. So i went back again and my car three days. and they were unable to find what was wrong.so I took my car to David's car Stereo and he said that the interface system was burner out It cost me $404.50 to repair it. your service dept. will not take the responsibility for it. After bring my vehicle to the GM dealer, I went to pick the vehicle up. I was not there long, but it appears to me that GM is only concerned with money and not customer satisfaction. I have had transmission work done on this vehicle (2018 GMC Sierra 1500, vin 3GTU2PEC3JG542830) several times now and it's still not fixed properly. Also, the Waiver of Redhibition Warranty and Righsts was NOT disclosed to me before or after I signed and paid for the service. However, after reading the waiver when I got home, it was abundantly clear to me that GMC is not interested in customer service and is only interested in deceiving the customer and committing a robbery on us. Very disappointing. Will I buy another GM, yeah probably so, but with great disappointment. (The bill came out to over $2200, but I don't even know how it was calculated since GM paid close to $200.00 which left me with a bill of $1600.00.
