My Review Of Gerry Wood Honda:
I could not have been more pleased with my experience at GerryWood Honda of Salisbury. From the minute I drove up and the service door was raised to allow my entry, I was impressed. Ray Schreiner met me at my car door with a smile on his face and a willingness to please. Within minutes he estimated how much it would cost to repair minor body damage(sanding and repainting)on my Acura RDX and to replace a busted speaker. He assured me that Honda would happily take care of the recalls on my daughter's CRV,too. When I arrived in the CRV, I was again greeted with a smile. I received a courtesy call when the recalls were complete. I drove my RDX in to make the vehicle exchange and was once again made to feel welcome and appreciated. I was blown away when I returned later in the day (after another courtesy call) to pick up my RDX. My 2007 RDX looked brand new! The minor damage had been sanded and repainted beautifully! The technician even touched up and renewed areas on the car that I had not expected! The speaker sounds great, too! Ray Schreiner seemed to be as thrilled as I was about the way my car looked. He walked me to the cashier and stayed with me until it was my turn to pay. He then walked me back to my car and once again expressed his appreciation. I had been a little hesitant to bring my car to a dealership because I had always heard that you would be taken advantage of. I do not feel at all that way after my experience at GerryWood Honda. I honestly do not think that I could have been more pleased with the outcome. Thank you!
