Roger is absolutely fantastic to work with. He watches out for his Acura customers and you always know that if Roger says you need a repair then you need a repair. I have had service completed on my vehi out for his Acura customers and you always know that if Roger says you need a repair then you need a repair. I have had service completed on my vehicle at other dealerships in the past where you felt that the service department was trying to sell you service you don't need. You won't get that at Acura with Roger. He provides exceptional service and is extremely trust worthy. With Roger and Gettel Acura you can be confident that you will be taken care of and not taken advantage of. You can buy an Acura at any Acura dealership in the nation and get the same car. However, you won't get the same exceptional service that you get with Roger and Gettel Acura. You buy a car and take it home. It's the service area and service advisors like Roger that really separate an average dealership from a great dealership. My wife and I own two Acura RLs and will be in the market for another new car in the next couple years. I have every intention of buying another Acura from Gettel and have no plans of shopping anywhere else. My purchase decision will be due to the fantastic and consistently great service I get from Roger at Gettel Acura. More

It is hard to say that spending $1,300 for a 90,000-mile service is great, but the work had to be done, and Lucy did all she could to make the servicing as cost-effiecient as possible. The gentleman that greeted me upon arrival at the service driveway was very friendly. I entered the service department and was promptly greeted by name with a friendly "Hello" from Lucy. She and I discussed the services requested and she made sure I knew what work would be performed. Service was performed as expected and my cash was washed!! Thank you for this wash service - a nice little extra thing that makes my visit to the service department even better. When my car was ready, the charges were explained and I was cashed out promplty. Lucy Aguillar, my service adviser at Gettel Acura, is great! She gets me in for whatever service I need and always seems able to accommodate my schedule. Therefore, the first person I spoke with about the MDX purchase I made was my service adviser, Lucy Aguillar. Lucy introduced me to Jarmo Kormu, a very competent and knowledgeable sales profession, who behaved like more of a consultant to me and did not exhibit any sales pressure at all. By the way, my wife and I looked at 5 other brands before selecting the Acura, even though we had owned this great brand for many years. Needless to say, we're very happy with the purchase! More
