From the moment I stepped foot into Hassel Volvo of Huntington, I had the best service anyone could ask for. The car I had actually come to see was already sold but by luck there was another one that fit my needs that they just received. I never expected the amount of care I recieved for looking at a used car but my sales man, Anthony Mastroianni. He treated me like an old friend. He listened to what I was looking for and recalled that he had what I wanted on his lot. The paper work went as smoothly as can be and I had the car, insured and regestered by him, on the road in but a few hours. All questions I had about the car, Anthony was able to answer. He had a good knowledge of the history of the car in his head without having to look up the answers for me. I will highly recommend that anyone who is looking to buy a car go down to see Anthony at Hassel Volvo in Huntington. He was able to fit my needs perfectly. The price and service was better than I could ever hope for.

our experience with Hank Woloz was comfortable, truthful and an all around pleasurable time. everyone at the agency was friendly, very acommidating, and happy. I have been to other agencies, and they can be awful, unfriendly, not caring and animals. Hassel at Glen Cove N.Y. with Hank Woloz and Jerry Financial dude and Daniel were nothing but excellent. I would recommend this agency and "Hank Woloz" when buying your next vehicle

He was friendly, smiled, caring, with us as customers. We came from Pennsylvania, and he treated us like we were returning customers of his. Very different from my experience with other car dealers and agencies. We went up to look at and buy a car with our daughter, and wound up also buying a car for us. He and the angency deserves the upmost of credit. The Bagels and Coffee were great too. Sincerely, Gale and Michael "My Key?"

The dealler offered a free quick checkup to insure customer cars were 'green'-that is basically working as well as expected to be fuel efficient and non poluting. I had to get out in a short time because of a medical appointment, and I also asked to have the oil changed in my volvo V50. They did the service including oil change in under an hour so I was able to make my appointment. They were courious and knowlegable, even answereing additional service questions. I even had a courtesy cup of coffee. Great job for this dealler- I dealt with Bob and Jakie in the service department. mike fukrstm

Simply awful...and I even bought my car from them. They do shoddy work that has required numerous follow-up visits to correct. Communication is nonexistent. Appointments are hard to get. They've broken and damaged numerous interior parts, scratched wheels, etc. during unrelated repairs, and when I've brought this to their attention they've accused me of being a liar. My car (a V70R) has also been returned with large amounts of mileage put on it, which leads me to believe some joyriding's been going on. Utterly incompetent, and only concerned with trying to squeeze pennies out of you. A pox on the Volvo brand name. Do not recommend under any circumstances.
