"Courteous, friendly hometown service"
I brought my 2014 Camry in with foreboding. The transmission seemed to be going bad. I was informed that the warranty was extended because of a factory problem with the torque converter and the problem would be fixed under warranty. Very good news.
They also told me my car would be ready to pick up on Thursday and it was ready Wednesday at noon.
Everyone was kind and friendly and attentive. I couldn't ask for a more positive experience.

"Not treated fairly "
The service manager was rude and pretty much called me a liar . I will never return here again due to his unprofessional attitude and unwillingness to admit that his team did not preform their duties .
