I have been coming to this Ford dealership since I have lived in Decatur County. Recently the dealership was purchased by Golden circle and all of their prices have increased. Before I would get a basic oi lived in Decatur County. Recently the dealership was purchased by Golden circle and all of their prices have increased. Before I would get a basic oil change for $54.00 and then tire rotation with every other service for about $10 more, now they're basic service includes rotation but at a 30% markup. I was quoted around $80.00. I had them print my service records and told them it'll be the last time that I will be here. Don't screw over your regular customers or soon you won't have any. They also now charge 3% if you use a debit card. More

I took my 2013 explorer to this dealership and had nothing but trouble getting parts service and warranty help. They had my cat for a week and nothing was done.
