I was pleasantly surprised throughout the entire process when I purchased my vehicle, and now I'm even happier than before. I bought my car over 2 years ago from them and a mileage problem came up on the Ca when I purchased my vehicle, and now I'm even happier than before. I bought my car over 2 years ago from them and a mileage problem came up on the CarFax report when I tried to trade it in at another dealership. The guys down at Good found out that mine was the actual vehicle (thank god) and that there was a fraud out there with the same VIN as mine. Needless to say they got the job done and got the other state to fix their records and now the CarFax report is correct! I'm thankful to say that the boys at good did a great job before and after the sale! More

Likewise, any question about prices and financing is met with misguiding questions trying to get you to fill out a finance application, and they will never, EVER tell you their actual price on a vehicle. We visited them last night and looked at two used cars, a Pontiac G6 and a Pontiac G8. Both cars had price stickers partially left on the windshields, but only the last 3 digits! When asked, we were quoted $21,999 for the G6 and $23,999 for the G8. Knowing those prices to be suspiciously high, we played along and let them try to run financing, which they immediately came back saying we'd need a downpayment and cosigner (no surprise), and zero mention of coming down from those prices. As soon as I got home I looked up the cars and surprise surprise both were listed on AutoTrader. The G6 was listed at $16,998 and the G8 listed at $18,998! Beware this dealership, they will happily knowingly over-charge you by $5,000 or more! More

Hi all I bought a new 2002 Trailblazer with extended warranty , at around 60K miles the " check engine light " on I has Good chevrolet check it out . As they said the engine #1 cylinder missed firing 43.000 times , thier estimes was $6,300 to fix it , my extended warranty did not cover , I did not have money so I keep drive my car with 5 cylineders runing instead of 6 for about 7 month , lucky I meet a freind of mine who is machacnic he fix the prolemb for just $48 total he replaced the igition coil and the car run like new The Good Chevrolet dealer was charge me $213 for diagnose , after I have my car fix , I bring all papers work to dealer and they have to refund my $213 , I almost sell my car because I don't have $6,300 all I said was true I can aprove it BEWARE I think they have to change their name to NOT GOOD CHEVROLET Thanks for looking More

At first everything seemed fine.. told the salesman where I stood for my car and what vehicle I had in mind. He of course said right away that everything was good and we could work something out. Nice truck but definately not worth 22,000 dollars. I did a little research before I went there. Here goes: 2005 Colorado Extreme 23,xxx miles asking price $18,714 I KBB'd the vehicle (Kelley Blue Book) for those that don't know what KBB is; Well the vehicle blue booked at 18,5xx in excellent condition. Note the vehicle is a 2005 with 23,xxx miles on it. Definately not excellent condition plus the previous owner had put on an exhaust and who knows what else. So most likely the vehicle fell into the Good category but that would be debated amongst the seller/buyer. Excellent condition would have been one of the brand new vehicles on the lot. They offered me about half of what KBB valued my car with mileage and options figured in... I figure minus 1k or so because of a few dings and its close to needing new tires. But still that would be around 10k give or take 500 bucks... still well above what they were offering. Starting out the payment I asked for was about $140 a month more than what I told them I wanted. When I told the salesman I was ready to walk he insisted I wait... later telling me(while his boss was away) it was a game and that I just had to play it out and I would walk/drive with what I was asking. Usually the monthly payments get lower everytime they leave you sitting there for 15-20 minutes but NO... the sales manager comes back with a payment of 735/month for a vehicle that was maybe worth 16,000-17,000 if that. They wouldn't budge on my trade or the price of their vehicle. They insisted that I pay full price for a used vehicle... If your looking for someone to xxxxxxxx with while on a test drive then head on in to GOOD Chevrolet... If your looking for a good deal on a chevy then forget about it. More

Just went to this dealership yesterday because I found a car that was appealing on their website. The website's best price for the car I'm interested in 16,500(Im just rounding to the nearest hundredth). Th car that was appealing on their website. During the test drive I kept asking him what's the best price and he kept saying 21,000. Let me get this point across, this guy knew nothing about the car...he couldn't even get the parking break off. I'm a 27 year and this guy was 26...that being said he considered myself a friend of his and started to open up about the no hassle this and that. Lets just say he had a cursing problem....the last time I heard cussing like this was from my frat hazing days. To make a long story short he eventually brought the price from 21K to 19K as we pulled in from the test drive. Just remember the best price on the website is 16,500. Make sense, he want to make commission as anyone would. So we sat down at his desk and he started asking me what I make a year and frankly that's none of his business. I consider my credit score pretty good so getting a loan wouldn't be an issue. I eventually asked him if he's looked at the good Chevy website lately...he said yes so I asked him why the best price says 16,500 for the car and you're telling me 19,000? He than said it is but we have to run a credit report before we can give you a final price...why that is I don't know. I just wanted the price of the care and it wasn't offered to me. He mentioned it had something to do with a privacy act. Isn't taking my information infringing on my privacy? Lets just say it went downhill after that. Why would I give them my personal info when we haven't reach a price on the car. People don't fall for this trap. It brings down your credit score if you don't agree on a price. In my case I'll avoid this place at all costs. More

I bought my used Avalanche there and it was in great shape with the exception of the tires. I brought the tires to the attention of the dealer before I signed everything because, as someone extremely e shape with the exception of the tires. I brought the tires to the attention of the dealer before I signed everything because, as someone extremely experienced in the used car industry, it looked to me that the tires would need to be replaced. The guys from the shop assured me the tires would in "good" shape and would last for another 10K miles. Well, low and behold one of the tires developed a slow leak about 2 weeks after. I had been checking the tire pressure at every gas fill since then, and had to put air in a couple of them. As it turned out one of the tires had been ridden at low low pressure long enough to produce heat cracks on the interior walls of the tire. It was so bad that my tire guys refused to put the tire back on! Since the tires on the vehicle were not from a standard tire company, I was forced to get a new set of tires! And the delaership would not do anything for me, and refused to help in any way! The sales guy I had dealt with said that I must have ridden the tires with low pressure. Sure thing. Yeah right. A few months later, I had a window broken out with a rock large enough to cause damage to the interior. My insurance was taking care of most of the bill, and had specifically indicated that the glass be cleaned out. After about 6 weeks of going back and forth with the dealership about the check they recieved from my insurance company (then didn't have it, then DID have it, then didn't.... "oh wait! we found it again!"), then having the parts that I ordered in advance (then not having the parts, and then "oh wait! we found them all the way in the back!". It was time to make an appointment. Well, I couldn't make and appointment because someone was on vacation for a week, and they could do NOTHING until she got back. After all this it was PAINFULLY obvious that this dealership didn't know their head from a hole in the ground. I finally got the thing in the shop. Turned out they ordered the wrong interior parts, and would have to wait for 3 more days! (To be 100% honest, they did set me up with a rental truck so I would have transportation.. thank god!). I was happy with the work they did, EXCEPT that there was still glass all over the place in places you can't see from the driver's seat. Now it's up to me to schedule (another) appointment to get it cleaned out, even though I had SPECIFICALLY indicated that I needed it cleaned BEFORE they were done. I would not go to this place for any kind of service. They ARE FRIENDLY, and will smile and laugh and joke with you. But when it comes to actually delivering the services you are paying them for, BUYER BEWARE. Inbetween this time I had an oil change, and a front end adjustment since I had torqued the torsion bars to level the truck out a bit. I only needed 2 wheels adjusted (and very little adjustment at that), they still charged me an hour's labor for a 4 wheel adjustment, and when questioned, they said they "don't do 2 wheel adjustments on trucks", and "were required to do 4 wheels." They never even put a wrench on the rear because I checked the dusty undercarriage for wrench marks. I know this seems trite, but this is just one example of how this place will nickle and dime you to death. Watch out ladies!; I'm sure if you don't have any familiarity with auto's, you'll be taken for sure!. Great truck by the way... but the people there are trained to take you to the cleaners. More

They are too big of a business to care for the individual buyer or their sales staff needs to work more on listening and less on "making a sale." They somehow give the old, negative term "used care salesmen" a bad name! More

I have had some poor experiences before and did not expect much when I went to Good Chevrolet. When I got there I was greeted by one of the managers, Heath Emerson, who was very helpful.
