Early in the week I went for an oil change, which I had an appointment for, and waited an hour and forty minutes. Later in the week, on Thursday evening near closing time, I came in with an emergency brake an appointment for, and waited an hour and forty minutes. Later in the week, on Thursday evening near closing time, I came in with an emergency brake repair need as the caliper was seized up on the front driver's side...we were leaving on Saturday morning for a camping trip and asked if there's anyway it could be fixed on Friday. He kept my keys and told me they'd take care of it. On Friday around lunch time I tried calling 6 or 7 times to see what the progress was on the truck, but there was no answer, so I drove down to the dealership around 2:00 only to find out that they had not even looked at my truck. I reminded them that we were leaving the following morning for a camping trip, to which I was told that they'd probably know what was wrong on Friday, but parts would be another day. I asked for my keys back, drove to Advanced Auto to buy the parts and my husband fixed it himself. Thanks for nothing. In May we purchased a vehicle with you for almost $90,000, but if this is the kind of service we can expect from your service department, we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future. More
