PLEASE READ before buying a car from this dealership. I bought an Audi from this dealership. I did not know that my car was a Canadian car. On my delivery day I was excited for my new car Yes also on Emp I bought an Audi from this dealership. I did not know that my car was a Canadian car. On my delivery day I was excited for my new car Yes also on Empty, .So as you drive the car its on in Kilometers. I would switch it over and it just would not stay in Miles. So I called and told them this was a problem and i would like this fixed. They picked up my car up to fix the problem I said I said while you have my car the wind shield wipers are metal. I mean REALLY when you buy a car this should be done. So they bring my car back AGAIN on Empty just like my delivery day. No wind shield wipers and NOT fixed. I again call them and say I would like to speak to a manager this is UNACCRPTABLE I bought my car and I want Miles not Kilometer Like NORMAL USA VEHICLE. The manager calls me back and says IT WOULD COST US $3000.00 THEU WOULD HAVE YO CHANGE THE CLUSTER REPLACED AND WE WILL NOT PAY OR FIX IT. I mean REALLY People before you buy a car from this dealer Realize they are not stand up people. This could happen to you. So now I am driving my car in KILOMETERS Because this dealership WILL NOT DO THE RIIGHT THING. Why should I eat this expense???? I MEAN REALLY They would not even buy wind shield wipers. Please let this sink in More

Went to service for an oil change and was told my car that had only 29k miles on it needed 3k dollars worth of work and when I told them no thanks they told me that i needed to have my car towed out of t that had only 29k miles on it needed 3k dollars worth of work and when I told them no thanks they told me that i needed to have my car towed out of the service area because the breaks were bad. I drove my car to another mechanic and he told me that my brakes were still good but needed to be replaced in the next couple months. They kept trying to get me to fix or replace things that could wait a few months More

I got robbed, as soon as the warranty expired I had to replace my transmition that was $4000. There is so much wrong with this truck. I have already put over $10,000 into this truck and still owe 30,000 replace my transmition that was $4000. There is so much wrong with this truck.
