Yes. I did get a precise explanation of what happened and why -- and the problem was corrected to my satisfaction. The staff at the service center did a wonderful job in turning a frustrated customer into one that was very satisfied with the way they addressed my concerns. I have some additional work that needs to be done on the car and when it's scheduled, I will be using Granite Subaru again based on the way they handled this in a professional manner. Special thanks to Cassie, my service advisor for the concern and support she offered.
