Daniel my service coordinator was professional, communicated well and delivered all possible repairs on time (just 3 days)! He told me the parts for the other two repairs are on order and he will c communicated well and delivered all possible repairs on time (just 3 days)! He told me the parts for the other two repairs are on order and he will call me to get my truck back in once those arrive. I felt confident he will take care of everything in the future and made me not worry about driving the truck while the parts are on order. The mechanic who did the repairs was excellent as well. They figured out how to fix all the problems and found a timing cover leak I didnt know about (that was huge considering the factory warranty is up soon). Thank you so much for checking everything in addition to the small reported problems! Daniel also accommodated a quick tire rotation I requested at the last minute. My truck was returned clean inside and it was washed. Daniel even coordinate the pick up time to be shortly after the wash so it didnt get pollen on it. Wow!! Great service! In the past I went to the competition in North Fort Worth.....never again. They never delivered on time, never washed my truck and I doubt ever could deliver so professionally like the Grapevine CDJR team. Well done!!! I am a new loyal customer for repairs and my next purchase. More
