Purchased 2024 Lincoln Aviator Black Label May 24th. Sync System software was never updated. Not the experience I would expect but it is the first time and last time I will buy a NA luxury vehicle. Following week made the mistake and purchased an 2024 F250 from the Ford side. They will constantly push the 5 Star survey non stop (Texts/Email). Serious disconnect with management and pushing sales folks to ask for the 5 Stars instead of providing 5 Stars. Truck was empty when I took delivery they were out of diesel. Issues upon Issues with truck (Steering/Sync System/Pro-power On Board). Good luck getting service at this place. I strongly suggest reading honest reviews. I was explicitly told by the sales manager "If you can't give 5 Stars- Don't fill out the survey". Oddly enough Ford never sent a survey for this purchase or was it convenient? Bottom line shop around and read factual reviews. Zero management contact or thanks for purchasing 2 new vehicles from us in 5 days. All about the "5 Star rating from Ford" versus actually earning a 5 Star rating. More
Everyone I dealt with was very nice but completely inept at performing their jobs. Salesman knew nothing about the car, finance guy made me redo the paperwork 5x, service department didnt honor agreed upon at performing their jobs. Quick lane service is the worst I have ever experienced. Took over three hours for oil change. They did not rotate tires as asked and paid for. They installed air filter wrong. The guy who I worked with was supposed to call me 3 months ago. Never received the call Bank of America approved me for 6.5% they brought me paperwork for 8.5%. The finance manager said they do that all the time. I then had to put it in service at 4,500 miles for multiple issues. Made the appointment a month ago. Brought it in Monday and had a concert on the border of TX/OK at winstar to Stevie Nicks. Couldn’t get a rental or loaner that I could take to my ranch or across the border even 2 miles. They had it for a week before looking at it. If I went with a third party rental company I would not be reimbursed if it was not a ford. No one offered a ford rental. My air conditioner has frozen 3 times and unresponsive until I would give it 10 minutes to thaw out. My cruise control got a mind of its own and speed up to 97 mph and wouldn’t disengage standing on the breaks and repeatedly hitting the cruise off button. I get errors popping up daily for various reasons. Gas door open. Stop and it’s closed. Have purchased between my father, brother and myself and our wives over 30 cars in the last 20 years. I bought my last one from a different dealer because I had come to dislike them back then. Decided to give them another try. They do not care about loyalty. They are shady. They are unhelpful when you need a vehicle when your car is being serviced under warranty. I could go on and on. For your own sanity and safety. Avoid at all cost. They updated software and said all is good. They don’t return calls. Service is a nightmare and they will cheat you out of every penny they can. The worst part is no one cares. Never again!! Wish I could give negative stars!! More
