This dealership ran an advertisement in a major Jackson, Ms news paper stating that it had "Guaranteed credit approval" and that if they couldn't get you approved they would give you $500.00 dollars this do Ms news paper stating that it had "Guaranteed credit approval" and that if they couldn't get you approved they would give you $500.00 dollars this doesn't state in house financing. Under the Mississippi Motor Vehicle Commission, Regulation 4 vehicle advertising this is "False Advertising" untrue claims no dealer may use every one approve, guaranteed approval, or any similar words.<br>I was lied to by there employee's and was told that I was approved by Capital One finance, but yet I got to letter from this comany telling me my credit was denied!
