My vehicle was supposed to be done by end of day. It was not and even though I spoke with someone at 5pm and they said they'd get back to me, they never did. I was unable to get my vehicle until the It was not and even though I spoke with someone at 5pm and they said they'd get back to me, they never did. I was unable to get my vehicle until the next morning and then only because I called to check on it. Their computers were down so I know that made it difficult, but that doesn't excuse the vehicle not being done or lack of communication to let me know that. I had to change.several people's plans to accommodate this oversight. I've had more bad experiences than good ones at this service center. More

We were in Orlando on vacation and about to begin our trip back to Pennsylvania when our check engine light came on for our Sorento. Not knowing the local area, we contacted Greenway East Kia and they gr trip back to Pennsylvania when our check engine light came on for our Sorento. Not knowing the local area, we contacted Greenway East Kia and they graciously corrected the issue and we were able to drive home without incident. I was treated with respect, got a decent trade in allowance for my car. The only critique I have is that the advertised price should include the “Recon Fee” which they attach onto the advertised pric allowance for my car. That impacted the monthly payments goal I had in mind and caused me to put a larger down payment than I had planned to. Put the actual selling selling price on the upfront paperwork - be more transparent about that fact. More
