Worst service manager I have ever dealt with. When I tried to get the General Manager involved - he was too busy. I was even told when it was all said and done that the only way I could get acc When I tried to get the General Manager involved - he was too busy. I was even told when it was all said and done that the only way I could get access to the documentation the dealership had for my vehicle was to get a lawyer and sue them. I will never do business with anything that starts Greenway ever again. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else. More

I was told my car was under recall and under warranty and neither one fixed the engine!! The car would stop working while driving and your company doesn’t see that as a hazard!!??I asked in order for the rec neither one fixed the engine!! The car would stop working while driving and your company doesn’t see that as a hazard!!??I asked in order for the recall you’re waiting till the defect occurs and I get in an accident in order for it to take place and I was told yes twice!!! That is totally ridiculous when my make model and year is under the recall!!!! I will bring this up to the news as well!! That your company would rather a catastrophe happen before you abide by the recall on your defective engines!!! My car is a 2016 Kia optima ! More
